Job Application Specialist for U.S. Tech Roles We’re looking for a reliable freelancer to help with an ongoing U.S. job search. You should have experience applying for professional roles in the United States and understand how recruiters and ATS systems screen resumes. The work will include finding relevant openings, reviewing each job description, tailoring the resume when needed, and submitting accurate applications. You should know how to adjust keywords, skills, and experience without making the resume sound unnatural or adding experience the candidate doesn’t have. Experience with software engineering or other technical roles is a strong plus. You should also be familiar with LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, and common ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. This can become ongoing work if things go well.
