Setup/Troubleshoot AWS Redshift Scheduled Query

Having issues scheduling a Redshift Query. I need someone to join my screen share and guide me in configuring AWS appropriately. I believe this is an AWS configuration issue. Ideally this would occur today. Background: DB - highly doubt this is the root cause: 1) Scheduled Query calls stored procedure (SP) in Redshift. 2) I know the SP is not the root issue as I can run it via the Query Editor and my DB IDE 3) I have logging setup in the DB, so I'd see if it ran, started off, errored out, etc. AWS: 1) The way I currently have it configured I don't even see runs in the schedule history. This leads me to believe it is an IAM issue, or some other AWS configuration.
