3D Rendering

Hi Guys, I have a 3D model of a small fast food shop. The model is pretty much finished and ready however it needs some refinements to meet the requirement brief i.e. applying some textures to the materials within the model, changing the wall colours, improving the ceiling and the lighting etc. We then want a skilled person to finally create a photo realistic render the model and create a walkthrough visualization video (15 seconds long) showing all aspects of the model. I don't have much time to waste, please only bid if you have a good hardware capable of rendering scene fast and to a very good quality. I have attached some stills of the model (interior/ exterior) for your attention. The whole thing needs to finish and delivered to me by Tuesday 21st of Feb This is on going work, right after this job we have another project needs to be started from scratch. Do not bid, if you are not flexible when it comes to making changes and adjustments to meet our criteria. Notes, the model is done in 3DS Max and V-Ray. The working file will be provided.
