I need an experienced 3D artist who can jump straight into hourly-billed character work. The focus is on playful, cartoonish models that are clean, expressive, and ready to animate. This is a fast-turnaround assignment—the first assets are needed as soon as possible, with additional characters likely to follow while we iterate. Typical tasks will include: • Blocking and refining stylised proportions • UV unwrapping and texturing in a bright, appealing palette • Simple rig setup so I can test poses and basic loops • Exporting the finished model (native file plus FBX/GLTF) with clear naming conventions Quality matters more than sheer speed, but both are important because of the tight schedule. If you are comfortable sharing frequent progress updates and recording hours accurately, we should work well together. Tools are flexible—Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or equivalent are all fine as long as the final deliverables import smoothly into standard pipelines.
