We are looking for a highly skilled and creative interior designer to design the store's interiors and create detailed 3D/2D layouts. The store should be designed to be more attractive than Hamley's and Toys R Us, appealing primarily to kids, toddlers, and parents shopping for toys and baby products. Vision: The store should be vibrant, playful, and visually appealing, with a theme that excites kids and creates an immersive shopping experience. The design should also ensure functionality, easy navigation, and ample storage solutions. Scope of Work: 1. Fixture Design & Placement: * Design attractive and functional fixtures for showcasing toys and baby products. * Plan fixture placement to maximize space utilization and create an engaging shopping experience. 2. Storage Area Design: * Design appropriate storage areas to ensure stock is easily accessible and organized. 3. 3D & 2D Design: * Create detailed 3D and 2D layouts of the store. * Include color coding and a theme that aligns with the store's vision (vibrant, playful, and kid-friendly). 4. Electrical Design: * Plan lighting and electrical layouts to highlight products and create an inviting ambiance. 5. Signage & Branding: * Design attractive signage and branding elements. * Plan signage placement to ensure visibility and brand presence. 6. Partition Design (if required): * Design partitions to create dedicated zones for different product categories (e.g., toys, baby products, educational materials). 7. Material & Fixture Measurements: * Measure and list raw materials required for interiors. * Calculate the number and specifications of fixtures needed. Deliverables: * Detailed 3D and 2D designs. * List of raw materials required. * Fixture count and specifications. * Electrical and signage plans. Requirements from the Designer: * Proven experience in retail interior design, preferably for toy stores or kid-focused spaces. * Portfolio showcasing similar projects with vibrant, playful, and functional designs. * Ability to complete the project in the minimum time possible while maintaining high quality.
