I need a twisty on/off keychain flashlight design, ready for 3D printing a prototype. The cosmetic design does not matter as much as figuring out which components to use, making sure the dimensions, weight, power are right, and a functional prototype.
I attached a couple photos of what I want the flashlight to look like roughly. There's no need for any frills just the basic tube shape, flat + flared nose, and the twisting parts at the other end of the LED.
I'm aiming at 100 lumens for 10 minutes. I need to figure out which batteries and LEDs we'll use. I have some in mind.
The length should be less than 28mm long. The width depends on the type of batteries used and what looks/feels right. It should weigh less than 5.5g. I have a list of metals as well.
The flashlight will have infinite variability (0.01 lumens to ~100 lumens) via qunatuum tunneling composite. If you have experience with using QTC, that'd be great. The glass used to protect the LED will be either sapphire or gorilla glass. Let's talk.
