3d model Character rigged in cinema 4d

I need an experienced freelancer with strong 3d modelling skills only using Cinema 4d, if you suggest any other 3d program Maya, Max etc, this will not work so please do not waste your time. I know 3d models can be exported and imported. I need this to be rigged in C4d. The task is to create an rigged 3d model of a character. Description and images of design upon request with Freelancers with the correct experience. Ideally C4d V11.5 but let me know if your version is Higher.
