Colour correction on the stills says no retouching, just exposure and tone matched to the video's palette. That's one half. The video side needs a full 3D build, modelling through lighting and compositing, carrying that same look across both. I'd start with a rough lookdev pass on one shot so the palette gets locked before the full build runs, so stills and video match. Recent 3D work: petony.artstation.com. Turnaround depends on script length and shot count once brand guidelines are in. Do you already have a locked colour palette, or is that still open for the animation?
