Render something photorealistic face animation

I want a model like this looking hyper realistic rendered in some 2-3 min clips of them just standing and looking into the camera with mixture of mid range and close up shots. Would need to look natural. I do not need any complex full body movements or external animations etc...

For the face I thought we could use (buy) something like this (would need to be fully clothed) and then upscale the result if necessary. (or if you know of somewhere we can get better please let me know)
