Software fthat may real time scan human foot and make 3D model with 1mm accuracy

Hi, i am a software developer. I have checked your request and it is possible for me. I will use kinect for your project. I have two ways to complete your request. First , i will use unity 3d with kinect to scan foot. Second, i will use c++ and OpenGL with Kinect. Please reply.

My Team experience includes Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. 3D image rebuilding while taking a multi focus image from mobile camera for printing. 1) exact measurements of foot size requires a relative object whose dimensions are known. 2) do you podium designed or is it just an idea.
