READ THE CASE AND ANSWER QUESTION 1500WORDS In response to the identified area for future research in the group work you are required to produce an individual written abstract. The document should be 500 words (+/- 10%). Background – 250 words  Using the same article used for your group work you are required to:  Provide a summary of the identified limitations, and area(s) for future research  The summary should provide a rationale representative of both the importance and appropriateness of the recommended research (your written abstract) Abstract – 250 words  Based on the background section you are required to provide a written abstract, including:  Purpose (link with the identified limitations/area for future research)  Methods (relevant to the field of study)  Findings (what would you expect to find based on your informed understanding of the research area?)  Recommendations / area for future research (based on the anticipated findings how could this area of research be further developed?)  Keywords (key terms that would feature in the main narrative of the article e.g. theoretical topic(s), theoretical Individual Reflection (25%)----1000 words (+/- 10%)  The reflection should clearly summarise the learning acquired during the group portfolio process and areas for personal and/or academic improvement. The document should be 1000 words (+/- 10%) excluding direct quotations, charts, diagrams and any relevant appendices.  Document yourself/academic development and areas for future improvement.  Key competencies e.g. analytical & problem solving skills; communication skills; team working skills etc.  SWOC analysis in a table format. Should show some areas for improvement.  An action plan to illustrate how you can address these issues. Consider what measures you need in place so that you know when you have reached your goals.
