I need you to place a single, respectful phone call to a person who is currently in conflict with another family member. The conversation should run 30–60 minutes and must be conducted in Hindi. A fully structured set of questions will be in your hands before you dial; please follow it verbatim, adding gentle follow-ups only when you need dates, names, or other clarifying details. Your role is to listen, extract the person’s five or six main complaints (plus any others that surface), and keep a clear line between what they claim happened and how they feel about it. Stay absolutely neutral throughout—no fact-checking, no judging, and no advice. At the outset you may inform them that the call may be recorded for documentation. Deliverables • A concise, structured written report that separates “Alleged Facts” from “Reactions / Feelings”. • A complete, good-quality audio recording of the entire call.
