The "Tropical Retirement Home" company offering full service to retirees in their Philippine facility is seeking an organized & highly self-motivated individual to find new tenants.
This position will come with flexible hours and telecommunicating is ok.
General responsibilities include:
- must follow deadlines weekly
- clean-up and maintenance of marketing list excel sheets
- keep track with campaign results
- management of campaign materials
- excellent Microsoft and Excel skills
- management of the online database
New ideas are highly welcome as we like to grow with people. We want someone who is creative and is willing to contribute new ways of finding and reaching our niche clients.
Attention to details is essential and so is the ability to keep database and Excel sheets clean. Campaign deadlines must be met reliably.
