9. What is the moral of the employees at the organization?
10. What things are employees satisfied with in the organization, what would they like to see change?
11. How does the company engage employees?
12. What is the turn-over rate at the organization?
13. Describe the organization climate/culture?
14. Describe the diversity mix at company (% of each race)
15. Describe how they manage diversity?
16. Do you think the company has any stereotypes against any group?
17. What kind of Diversity efforts are in place?
18. Does the company have a mix of gen xers, millennials etc? If so, what challenges have these bought to the organization?
19. What would employees say is good about working at the company?
20. What developmental and growth initiatives are in place for employees?
Make sure you get answers to the questions and them you should based on the answers identify 2-3 areas that the company must work on for Organizational Behavior successes. Do include what company has to do and employees as well for success.
