THIS IS PROJECT BASED JOB FOR 2 MONTHS IN HONG KONG MUST BEHAVE HONG KONG ID
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Plan and manage large scale events and work with internal and external resources to provide the best service and experience to clients and customers
+ Contract negotiation with venues and vendors
Budget management
+ Task timeline management - assigning tasks and tracking due dates and status
+ Event agenda creation and updates - general agenda as well as stage show-flow minute-by-minute agenda
+ Create and implement systems in the effort of constantly improving the process
+ Support in logistics of all events (set up, tear down and manage run of show)
+ Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved
Communicate, maintain and develop relationship with customers, fulfill their needs and have the ability to deal with different scenarios
+ Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team
+ Train and educate staffs on proper event procedures
+ Production follow-up traveling to China or Asia
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3+ years in the event industry with proven experience managing impactful events and projects
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Negotiation skills
On-site staff management
Flexibility with last minute changes
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Extreme attention to detail, very organized
Exceptional time management skills
Knowledge of the meeting and hotel industry
Professionalism in dealing with customers and VIPs
General computer skills, professional communication and good writing skills
