Communication Manager with Spanish Fluency Needed -- 2

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **Communication Manager** to develop and manage our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, a confident communicator, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, team members, and other stakeholders. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective communication strategies. * Manage professional communication through email, messaging platforms, social media, and other channels. * Create, review, and edit announcements, presentations, reports, and marketing materials. * Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, partners, and external collaborators. * Ensure that all messaging is clear, professional, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s goals. * Manage communication schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and important updates. * Respond to inquiries and resolve communication-related issues promptly. * Support public relations, branding, recruitment, and community engagement activities. * Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements. ## Requirements * Proven experience in communications, public relations, customer relations, marketing, or a related position. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage. * Ability to communicate professionally with people from different cultures and backgrounds. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously. * Experience using email, social media, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, or similar tools. * Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. * Experience working remotely is preferred. ## Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Experience managing remote teams, virtual assistants, clients, or international collaborators. * Knowledge of social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. * Familiarity with project-management and customer-relationship-management tools. ## Position Details * **Position:** Communication Manager * **Work arrangement:** Remote * **Employment type:** Full-time or part-time * **Compensation:** Based on experience * **Location:** Open to qualified candidates worldwide To apply, please submit your résumé and a brief introduction describing your communication experience, availability, and expected compensation.
