I am looking for a reliable and versatile Personal Assistant based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh to assist with a mix of personal, technical, online, and business-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Over-the-Phone Support Call and coordinate with local suppliers, medical services, tradespeople, and other service providers. Follow up on appointments, deliveries, and general enquiries. Handle basic communication and coordination tasks professionally. Online & Research Support Conduct online research for products, services, suppliers, pricing, and business opportunities. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and organizing information. Help manage emails and online enquiries. Website & Social Media Management Assist with managing websites, updating content, uploading images, and basic website maintenance. Help manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Schedule posts, reply to messages/comments, and assist with social media engagement. Coordinate with designers, developers, freelancers, or marketing teams when required. Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Technical Support Assist with internet, TV, mobile, computer, printer, and other technology-related issues. Coordinate with technical support providers when required. Help troubleshoot basic tech problems remotely or on-site. On-Site Support Handle various tasks at my property when required. Coordinate deliveries, service visits, and maintenance-related activities. Provide general hands-on assistance as needed. Ideal Skills & Experience: Fluent in Hindi (English proficiency is a plus). Prior experience in a similar assistant, admin, or support role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy, proactive, and reliable. Comfortable handling both personal and business-related tasks. Social media and website management experience is highly preferred.
