Students post requests for the support they need — whether it’s a CV review, a mock interview, or career counselling — and available professionals can pick up those requests directly. What we’re looking for: • CV/Resume reviewers who can provide detailed, actionable feedback (format, content, ATS keywords, grammar). • Interview coaches comfortable running technical, behavioral, or case-study style sessions, followed by concise written feedback. • Career counsellors who can translate market knowledge into realistic action plans for students. How it works: • Students submit requests on our platform. • Professionals pick up the requests they want to handle. • Payment is credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn anytime. Requirements: • Proven experience in hiring, HR, coaching, or mentoring. • Strong communication skills. • Passion for helping ambitious graduates succeed.
