Retail Onboarding Specialist – Premium Baby Stores | Pan India | Milestone-Based Pay About the Role: We are a certified, fast-growing premium baby products brand already listed on major e-commerce platforms across India. We are now expanding into offline premium retail and need a sharp, well-connected individual to onboard us into top baby stores Pan India. Our Product Range: We have 3 categories of premium baby products: Baby Care (GrowCare) • Baby Wash & Shampoo • Baby Lotion • Diaper Rash Cream • Wet Wipes All dermatologist tested & pediatrician approved Baby Gear (GrowGear) • Premium City Stroller • Lightweight Travel Stroller • 360° Rotating Car Seat (0–12 years) • Convertible Diaper Bag All safety certified Baby Home (GrowHome) • Convertible Baby Crib (newborn to toddler) • Wooden High Chair (converts to booster & stool) • Baby Rocker • AeroFiber Breathable Mattress • Baby Bathtub Set Full product catalogue & pricing will be shared after shortlisting. What You'll Do: • Identify and approach premium baby & lifestyle retail stores across India • Stores should be premium or must have minimum 2 outlets (chain stores preferred) • Target store types: Baby specialty stores, Premium lifestyle & department stores (Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Babyshop,etc), Toy stores with baby product sections • Pitch our product range to store buyers/owners • Get a confirmed first order or listing agreement = successful onboarding • Submit store details — store name, number of outlets, city, buyer contact & proof of onboarding Payment Structure (Milestone Based): • ₹2,500 paid when 10 premium stores are onboarded • ₹2,500 paid when 20 premium stores are onboarded • Total: ₹5,000 for 20 stores • Payments released within 48 hours of milestone verification Important — Quality Over Quantity: We are NOT looking for small kirana or local shops. Every store must: Be a recognised retail chain or premium standalone store Stock baby, child or parenting products Ideal Candidate: • Has existing relationships with retail buyers in baby, lifestyle or toy segment • Ex-FMCG / baby products / pharma sales background strongly preferred • Can work via calls, emails & LinkedIn — no field visits required if you have the right contacts • Pan India network preferred over single-city candidates • Professional, self-driven and target-oriented We Will Provide (after shortlisting): • Full product catalogue & pricing • WhatsApp support for store queries • Onboarding training call To Apply, Share: 1.
