Comprehensive Residential Structural Drawings

I already have the full floor-plan set for a modern residential building and now need it converted into a complete structural drawing package ready for submission to authorities and contractors. Using your preferred CAD workflow—AutoCAD, Revit, or similar—please prepare the following drawings and details: • Site layout • 3D front & side elevations (modern style) • Column centre-lines and reinforcement details • Footing layout and footing schedules • Plinth beam layout with reinforcement details • Piling layout and details (include only if soil data shows it is required) • Roof beam schedules and roof framing details • Staircase structural design • Septic-tank sizing and layout • Furniture, brickwork, plumbing, and electrical plans coordinated with the structure • Door and window schedules with lintel information Acceptance criteria – All drawings must be delivered in both editable DWG (or RVT) and PDF. – Dimensions in ft/inch, coordinated across all sheets. – Drawings must satisfy local residential codes for safety and compliance. – A brief design note explaining any assumptions (soil bearing capacity, load combinations, etc.) should accompany the files.
