Modern Full Home Design Focus

I’m planning a full, ground-up design overhaul for my house and I want every decision to reinforce a clean, modern aesthetic. The project covers both exterior and interior work, so the concept must feel seamless from the street all the way through to the smallest detail inside. I’ll need a complete design package: inspirational mood boards, scaled floor plans, lighting and electrical layouts, material and fixture schedules, plus photorealistic 3-D renderings that show how the spaces connect. A concise specification sheet for contractors is also required. Please describe your workflow for a project of this scope, the software you prefer (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar), how many rounds of revisions you include, and your estimated timeline for each phase.
