I’m setting up a fresh, modern look throughout our workplace and need a designer who can translate that vision into a cohesive interior plan. The design must feel clean and contemporary, with minimalist furniture acting as the unifying thread across every space. Scope of spaces • Workstations: ergonomic yet uncluttered layouts that make the most of natural light. • Meeting rooms: flexible furniture arrangements that can shift from formal discussions to collaborative sessions without visual noise. • Reception area: a welcoming focal point that conveys the same modern language visitors will see throughout the office. What I’d like to receive 1. Concept mood board capturing colour palette, finishes, and key furniture pieces. 2. Scaled floor plans with furniture placement for each zone. 3. 3-D renders or high-quality visualisations that clearly show lighting, textures, and circulation. 4. A concise specifications sheet listing selected furniture and fixtures so I can start procurement immediately. While “open-plan” layouts and high-tech integrations weren’t priorities in my brief, I’m open to smart suggestions as long as the minimalist aesthetic remains intact. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp files are welcome as part of the final package, together with PDF versions for easy sharing. Please include a link to at least one recent office project in a similar style so I can quickly gauge fit.
