Modern Twin Townhouse Design

I have a 600 m² plot and need a full architectural concept for two back-to-back townhouses. Each unit must fit four bedrooms, a generous living room, kitchen, DSQ, store and a usable roof terrace. I want the overall aesthetic to read as clean, Modern architecture, built primarily from concrete and steel. The site should also accommodate a well-integrated outdoor seating area that feels private yet connected to each home. Access, light, ventilation and practical circulation are critical, so I am counting on smart spatial planning to avoid the “mirror box” feel many twin homes suffer from. Please base your work in software you are comfortable exporting to DWG or RVT, as I will hand the package to a local engineer for permitting. Deliverables I need from you: • Site layout showing setbacks, parking and orientation • Scaled floor plans for each level • Roof-terrace plan with drainage notes • All elevations and at least two key sections • A simple 3D massing model and four rendered perspectives highlighting material finishes and the outdoor seating niche I will review drawings in two rounds: first for layout, second for finishes and façade articulation.
