And you need conceptual design, complete architectural drawings, Structural and MEP Plan, 3D rendering and all of them in editable Revit file and PDF? Correct me if im wrong I would like to work on this project, here is my timeline Day 1-2 i will make a concept with sketching The rest i will designing on my Revit software and for realistic rendering i will using Enscape. You say that "architect to translate that vision into a full construction ready blueprint set." So i assume that maybe you have a handdrawings or sketch that you make? If not then its no problem. The information that i want from you will be like the dimension of the site and the buildings, building regulation in your area ( if needed ), and if you have is the amount of person that will be working in the building ( so when rendering i can put a person model so you can see and feels the size of the room ) also the list of type of room that you need in the building office.
