Residential Structural Calculations & Drawings

I’m finalising the detailed design of a new residential build and need a qualified structural engineer to take my architectural set to the next level. Your task is to complete all structural analysis and produce the accompanying drawings so the builder can move straight into permitting and construction. Scope • Run full structural analysis and provide clear, organised calculation sheets (PDF) that demonstrate capacity, load paths, and code references. • Develop detailed structural drawings—foundation, framing, roof, sections, and connection details—delivered in both DWG and print-ready PDF. I will supply the architectural plans, site information, and any geotechnical data already on hand. Please let me know the software you prefer (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and your anticipated turnaround. A concise outline of your approach and a sample set from a similar residential project will help me award quickly. Accuracy, constructability, and a clean, coordinated drawing package are the key acceptance criteria for this job.
