Traditional Single-Family Lot Design Concepts

I have a vacant parcel and need clear, visually appealing construction concepts that show how a traditional single-family home could sit inside the exact lot boundaries. The goal is to use these drawings in my real-estate listings to help buyers immediately picture what is possible. You would start from the lot survey I supply (PDF and DWG) and translate the setbacks, easements, topography and access points into a concise concept package: a scaled site plan, exterior elevations that capture a timeless, traditional aesthetic, and a few perspective views or a simple 3-D massing so the proportions feel real online. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any comparable drafting / modeling tool is fine as long as the final files come back to me in both editable and print-ready formats. Deliverables • Scaled site plan showing the single-family footprint, driveway and outdoor space • Front, rear and side elevations in a consistent traditional style • 2-3 rendered or shaded perspectives suitable for marketing • PDF set for listings + native files for future revisions I’ll provide lot dimensions, zoning notes and reference photos of the neighborhood’s prevailing architecture the moment we start.
