Migrate UiPath Bot to PAD

I have a fully working UiPath bot that performs document processing inside a custom in-house application. Its duties include scanning and extracting key data, validating and verifying each record, and finally generating or updating the required documents. I now need the exact same workflow rebuilt in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, and I need it ready to run within five days. Scope of work • Analyse the existing UiPath project (source code and any assets will be shared). • Recreate every step in Power Automate Desktop so it mirrors current behaviour, covers all exception paths, and keeps processing speed and accuracy. • Maintain the three core functions: scanning & extraction, validation & verification, and document generation & updates inside the custom application. • Deliver a clearly commented PAD flow plus a brief hand-over guide outlining installation, configuration, and schedule setup. Acceptance criteria • The new PAD bot completes the full document cycle without manual intervention. • Results match the UiPath version in both data accuracy and completion time. • All work is finished and handed over no later than five days from project start. Source material, test credentials, and sample documents will be provided immediately after kickoff.
