Ruby on Rails Developer

Hi, I want to customize a 'spree commerce' store (ruby on rails based ecommerce) and I would provide the Photoshop PSD for the layout design of the site. The main idea for the site is to build a marketplace for buyers and sellers with features like: users being able to create a listing w/images & videos, social sharing, following, comments, feedback, user profiles, buy credits (currency on the site), price drop, surveys, requests, gamification, feed, google maps & facebook opengraph. At the same time, the site would also have a main shop for people to buy products I sell. The site would also have other common features such as: categories, search, orders, payments, recently viewed items, favorites, related products, options, etc. I am looking to build a long term relationship since we will be building many projects up ahead.
