Ruby API call to Microsoft 365 admin console

This is an update project to an already exisiting project. The current existing project was developed using Ruby on rails version 2.7.2. The existing project is about finding the new hires from the database and creating new user in Active Directory.

Now, this new project is about having API calls to the Microsoft 365 admin console and find the list of unlicensed users(this is because the newly created users are not added license) and add the users to the licensed groups.

For more information regarding the group name and other unique details, I will provide you during the project implementation
