In-Person Direct Sales Manager

I’m looking for a hands-on sales professional to own and grow our direct, face-to-face sales of physical products. Your mandate will be simple: boost daily unit sales by building, guiding, and motivating an on-site team while refining every step of the customer interaction. What the role involves • Shaping the end-to-end in-person sales strategy—territory planning, pitch development, and performance targets. • Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching reps so they can confidently demonstrate and close on the spot. • Tracking leads, conversions, and revenue in a lightweight CRM or Google Sheets and turning that data into clear weekly insights. • Working with me on promotions, bundle offers, and pricing tweaks that move inventory without eroding margin. Key deliverables & metrics • A 90-day rollout plan within the first week. • Consistent weekly reports highlighting KPIs and actionable next steps. • A minimum 20 % lift in average daily sales by the end of month two, measured against our current baseline.
