Job Title: Remote Team Manager (Sales League – Youth Product) Overview: We are building a UK-based sales league where participants earn money by selling confectionery products. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Remote Team Manager to oversee a group of sellers, track performance, and help grow a competitive team within the league. This is a flexible, remote, performance-based role suited to individuals who enjoy leadership, communication, and working with targets. Your Role: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a group of sellers (players) within your team. Key Responsibilities: *Recruit and onboard new sellers into your team *Manage daily communication (WhatsApp / Telegram / Discord) *Track sales and report performance *Motivate team members to stay active and hit targets *Maintain accurate records of activity and results *Help build a competitive, high-performing team How the System Works (Important): *Sellers receive stock and earn money per item sold *Sales convert into points for your team in a league table *Your role is to grow and manage a team that performs consistently *There are no financial risks or upfront costs involved for managers or sellers.
