- I can help process leads which includes conversing with client via telephone and obtaining the following information:
- I can provide friendly introduction to the client
- I am able to gain an understanding of the type of business client is in
- I can find out how long have they been in business
- I can find out by talking with them how much funding are they hoping to receive
- I can explain how your firm can help.
- I can obtain agreement from client to sign up for a Free Credit report
- i can set appointment for Credit Repair (if necessary)
- I can prepare on boarding for loan approval.
- Both required scrips for this initial call and google shared calendar to book client for Credit Repair appointments will be helpful for me.
- I will try my level best to process a min of 4-5 applications per hour.
- I have admin assistant skill but little knowledge about Tele-marketing and credit repair or alternative loans.
- I am fluent in English and I can understand American English.
- I have computer skills (typing speed is 50 word per min, google forms, websites, etc)
