We’re looking for a results-driven sales / business development partner to help us acquire small-business and startup clients in the United States for our: Custom software & backend development SaaS products and integrations Website and internal business systems Our ideal clients are US-based founders, owners, and decision-makers who: Run growing SMEs or startups Need reliable technical execution Prefer long-term support over one-off projects Compensation Model (Read Carefully) This is a commission-based, long-term opportunity. Commission: 15%–25% per closed deal Paid after client payment is received No earning cap Long-term collaboration for consistent performance Trial Phase (Mandatory) The platform requires a posted budget; however: The initial trial payment is fixed at ₹2,000 INR This trial covers one of the following: 2–3 verified and qualified US leads, OR 1–2 confirmed discovery/demo meetings with real decision-makers The purpose of the trial is to validate lead quality and collaboration — not volume. Your Responsibilities Identify and approach US-based SMEs or startups Engage founders or decision-makers with real software needs Share discovery notes and qualification context Schedule discovery or demo calls (we attend together) Support discussions until proposal or deal closure We provide: Service decks and pricing guidance Case studies and success stories Fast technical support during sales conversations You focus on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing. How Success Is Measured We measure success by closed contract value, not vanity metrics. Milestones include: Verified, qualified leads with clear requirements Scheduled discovery or demo calls Signed proposals or contracts confirming scope and pricing Important Conditions ❌ No scraped lists ❌ No bulk databases ❌ No unverified contacts Only real US businesses, real decision-makers, and real intent are accepted.
