We are an IT consulting and staffing company This role is focused on acquiring direct client company acquisition.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cold calling & emailing prospective new IT business clients
Providing high-quality customer service to potential business clients
Align customer needs with product and service offerings
Create lead generations for clients with IT needs
Directs recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc.).
Leads and establishes short and long-term client acquisition and recruiting strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
Seasoned client acquisition and technical recruiter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Previous cold calling experience.
Repeated experience filling software development, infrastructure and related technical openings, ideally for contract and/or direct-hire
Extremely comfortable sourcing, researching and navigating the Internet, particularly Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, DICE, Monster and other social networking and research oriented websites
Experience in IT (information technology) and the technology market is mandatory
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
