We are now seeking a Sales Specialist focused on expanding our presence in the Logistics Network Market through the growth of Globalia Logistics Network. This role plays a key part in extending our international footprint by recruiting high-quality freight forwarders, helping Globalia gain visibility in new territories, and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who can work independently to help us grow our international presence. About the Role As a Sales Specialist for Globalia Logistics Network, your primary mission will be to recruit new members from strategic global markets, strengthen our brand presence, and drive network growth. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time and work independently, while staying aligned with our global team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and build long-lasting relationships with freight forwarders and logistics professionals around the world. Key Responsibilities • New Member Recruitment: Identify and target potential members for Globalia across global markets. • Sales Development: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and guide them through the onboarding process. • Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with logistics agents and maintain ongoing communication to support their engagement. • Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Globalia team to ensure that sales efforts align with overall network growth objectives. • Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, leads, and key metrics related to membership growth. What We’re Looking For • Proven Sales Experience: A background in sales is essential; logistics experience is a plus but not required. • Independent and Organized: Ability to manage your work autonomously and meet goals without close supervision. • Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet performance targets and contribute to team success. • Communication Skills: English is required – well spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. • Eager to Learn: We provide full training on the logistics industry and Globalia’s value proposition.
