We are looking for a "Hunter" to launch our innovative project-sales and leasing platform in the Indian market. The MissionWe have a proven platform designed specifically for the real estate industry. It enables developers to showcase projects before and after construction, manage the entire sales/leasing flow, and finalize deals with digital contracts and signatures. Your task is simple but challenging: Go from zero to hero. You will be responsible for establishing our presence in Mumbai, opening doors to major property developers, and securing the first sales. Key Responsibilities Market Entry: Identify and penetrate top-tier real estate developers and associated networks in Mumbai. Lead to Close: From the first "cold" contact to high-level meetings and final closing. Strategic Execution: You won't just follow a script; you will drive the process and advise our Director on the best local approach. Direct Reporting: You will work closely with and report directly to our CEO. The Candidate / Agency Network is King: You must have an extensive, existing network of real estate developers, stakeholders, and agents in Mumbai. The Professional: You are highly professional, self-driven, and possess your own vehicle for client visits. Communication: Fluent in English and local languages. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new digital platforms. Track Record: Proven experience in B2B sales within the property sector. Terms & Timeline Start Date: Late May. Duration: Initial 1-month contract (approx. 24 working days). Extension: A further 1-month extension is planned if performance targets are met. Training: Intensive 2-day product training provided at kickoff. Performance: We move fast. If targets are not met or progress stalls, the partnership can be terminated with one week's notice.
