Need a sales/marketing freelancer in New York to get leads

We are a Chinese Factory. We need local people ONLY.

We want to develop customer in the USA, and hope to find local freelancer to develop customers.

Our products are glass bottles and jars, salt and spice packages.

We can pay USD 20 per customer for getting customer info and for a qualified and regular freelancer for our project, I can pay a base monthly payment of USD 500 (for 25 positive feedback).

For successful business we will pay 5% commission.
