Online Sales Intern / Closer Needed for Warm Webinar Leads (Work From Home)

This role is focused on converting webinar attendees (warm leads) into paid students for my mentorship programs. Important This is NOT a telecalling job. This is a sales closing role. I run an online education business in the Stock Market, Mutual Funds, and Bond Market [login to view URL] live webinars, I teach people Fundamental Analysis, Investing Strategies, and Wealth Creation in a simple and logical way Overview I am looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer who can convert warm webinar leads into paid customers. All leads have already attended a 3-hour webinar, so your role is to: 1.) Understand their hesitation 2.) Explain the offer clearly 3.)Help them take a decision What You Will Do: - Call leads who attended the webinar but didn’t purchase - Ask feedback & identify their hesitation - Explain the course + mentorship program clearly - Handle objections confidently - Share details & payment link on WhatsApp - Do structured follow-ups (2–3 times if required) - Maintain/update lead tracking sheet (Google Sheets/Excel) Who This Role is For: - Someone who enjoys convincing and closing deals - Strong communication skills (Hindi/Hinglish required) - Can handle objections like: “I’ll think about it” “Price is high” “Maybe later” - Patient with follow-ups (this is where real sales happen) - Basic understanding of Stock Market / Investing (training will be provided) Compensation: Performance-based (per conversion) Opportunity to earn high incentives based on results Why This is a Great Opportunity: No cold calling — all leads are pre-qualified High intent audience (already attended webinar) Work directly in the fast-growing investing education space Learn real-world sales + investing psychology Long-term opportunity for top performers Important: This role requires serious commitment and ownership
