Outside Sales Associate Needed For New Customer Registration

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include cold calling on restaurants, bars and grills within the DC Metro area. You will be selling our very high quality services involving collection of used cooking oil, cleaning their grease traps and jetting their clogged pipes. Post sales, you should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to meet the company’s sales goals through building relationships with prospects that need our services and are currently underserved.

Responsibilities

Sell services to clients in need

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on service features

Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

“Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Skills

Proven work experience as an outside salesman

Basic understanding of sales principles

Proficiency in English

Basic Math skills

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus

Compensation

Base Salary $25K-$35K Based on Experience

Commission and Incentives valued between $25K-$35K
