Top real estate investment team in Washington, DC is seeking a dynamic individual with great phone skills and loads of integrity to help us find find, negotiate, and close contracts with motivated sellers of single-family homes.

LEAD ACQUISITION MANAGER

The best candidate for the Lead Acquisition Manager role:

– Will be extremely outgoing

This person will be responsible for:

– Interacting with professional referral sources to generate leads (Realtors, attorneys, CPA's, etc.)

– Servicing inbound calls from property owners to gather information and build rapport.

– Analyzing and structuring offers

– Performing outbound follow-up with the phone, text, email

– Tracking and managing leads in our CRM

– Making direct offers to sellers

– Negotiating

– Converting offers to signed contracts.

Ideally, the candidate needs to have proven experience and success in dealing directly with U.S. customers to directly sell services.

Experience in real estate is preferable, but not necessary. (cash offers, subject-to purchases, owner financing, lease-options, etc.)

REQUIRED:

– Previous experience in sales

– Excellent English

– 100% reliable computer, internet access, and telephone capability

– Quality headphones for calling

– Quiet, independent work space.

– Consistent and reliable internet connection

DETAILS:

– Approximately 20-40 hours per week

– Salary will be majority commission
