All I need from you are the calls themselves: no follow-up production work, proposals or admin—just get the prospect on board and handed over to me. Compensation is simple. You earn 10–15 % of every contract you close. For example, a ₹10,000 deal puts ₹1,000–₹1,500 straight in your pocket. The more revenue you bring, the higher your take-home.
