RMG Sales Agent Africa

I’m ready to expand my Ready-Made Garment (RMG) product line throughout Africa and I need a sales agent who can own the entire direct-sales cycle in the region. Your day-to-day focus will be building relationships with retailers, boutiques and corporate buyers, pitching our latest collections, negotiating terms, and closing deals that move inventory fast. Because the RMG market can be highly price-sensitive and trend-driven, strong communication skills and extensive industry knowledge are absolutely essential. If you already know the key fashion hubs in Lagos, Nairobi, Johannesburg or emerging cities and you can effortlessly explain fabric specs, sizing curves and lead times, you’ll fit right in. A proven sales record would certainly strengthen your proposal, but what matters most is your ability to open doors and turn conversations into purchase orders. Deliverables I will look for: • An initial 90-day sales roadmap outlining priority territories, potential buyers and projected volumes. • Weekly pipeline updates inside Freelancer’s workspace so we can track progress together. • Closed orders that hit mutually agreed sales targets, along with after-sales feedback to refine our next production run. I provide full product training, samples when needed and the marketing collateral you’ll require in the field. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or travel within the region as you see fit, as long as results follow.
