Responsible for working as a Lead Generator cum Sales Representative and prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads for software design and development projects, to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative.
-Bidding for IT related software development projects
-Reach out to prospects to qualify quality leads through inbound sales techniques and various media
-Research and target prospects who are looking for software services work
-Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position [login to view URL] as a compelling solution in this field.
-Maintain and update an accurate log of activity.
-Develop and constantly improve sales messaging
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Must be an ambitious, driven professional with a “sales hunter temperament”
-Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects promptly
-Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects
-Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
-Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
-Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
-Strong experience using spreadsheets, hubspot and other sales CRMs
Education and Experience:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role
