Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads provided through information sessions and other sources.
- Conduct sales calls to introduce our Wealth Wisdom Courses and Retreats.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our programs to potential participants.
- Address questions and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the personal development or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with making outbound sales calls.
- Familiarity with personal growth and empowerment concepts is a plus.
