We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales setter/appointment setter to help us manage and qualify inbound leads for our international leather goods export business. The ideal candidate will communicate with potential clients, understand their sourcing requirements, qualify serious buyers, and schedule video meetings with our founder for final discussions and deal closure. Our business focuses on premium leather bags, wallets, belts, handcrafted goods, and specialty leather products for international markets. Rather than operating as a typical trading setup, we work through a more structured production approach aligned with specialized workshops and category-focused manufacturing. Your role will play an important part in improving lead quality, maintaining professional client communication, and supporting long-term business relationships. This is not a cold-calling role. The leads will be generated through our marketing and advertising campaigns. Payment structure includes: 1. Fixed payment based on handled meetings/video calls. 2. Additional commission on successfully converted B2B deals. As this is an international B2B business, strong performers can benefit from long-term collaboration and performance-based earnings tied to successfully converted clients. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, professional English, confidence in client interaction, and preferably experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, international business communication, or client relationship management.
