Senior Sales & Market Research Executive for Restaurant Management System

The Role,

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls within your territory, growing strategic relationships with C-Level decision makers, identifying customer needs and ultimately developing sales opportunities for our clients


Conduct research and develop sales lead opportunities for various external client's services or solutions

Outbound B2B calling to designated sectors and territories, executing multiple campaigns on a daily basis, identifying C-Level decision-makers and building strong strategic relationships

Document call attempts and interviews in the database providing accurate and concise reports (in English) to our clients

Contribute to produce valuable insight to our clients by providing outstanding lead and non lead reports as well as participating in conference calls and building long term, strategic relationships with Field Sales


Native level in English

Previous B2B experience liaising with high level decision makers

Excellent telephone manner

Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process

Good understanding of IT/restaurant management system solution applications such as CRM, RMS, Compliance Solutions, Web-based Technology or Telecommunications and Networking

Good knowledge of the native country markets & business environment

Proficient with RMS applications

Tenacious, target driven with a strong determination to succeed

Independent, articulate, knowledgeable, business savvy
