The candidate will be part of the CRM team and will have the responsibility to lead different initiatives (part of a global transformation program) related to the implementation of a CRM Multi-channel platform.
Take part in the Preparation sessions with stakeholders, with organizational role and coordinator role.
Prepare documents and carry out activities needed for preparation sessions
Take part in the Functional and Technical sessions with the project Core Team, collecting information, creating documentation, creating activity of reporting, update tools of Project Management, to support as a consultant on the activities.
Operational support and guidance on the technical activities (es. Data migration, Systems integration, …)
