Khan’s Tutorial is a New York City based, on-line tutoring company for K-12 students that strives to increase knowledge, encouragement and community in it’s students and families. With 26 years of experience in tutoring, test prep, and community programs, Khan’s Tutorial continues to serve thousands of students and families in supporting their academic goals and beyond through our on-line live instructional classes.
Khan’s Tutorial is looking for a highly qualified, engaging, detail oriented individual with strong communication skills who would lead the enrollment organization for the company . This individual will be expected to work with new and current families to complete the enrollment process from start to finish. Once families are enrolled, their direct care and oversight would be transferred to Senior Managers, Quality Managers and Instructors for their time at Khan’s.
Key Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
Complete customer enrollment utilizing Memberspace, an online platform that builds membership services to our students. Training for this software will be provided.
Receive main line calls during Monday to Friday 9AM-3PM, 3PM-9PM or Saturday-Sunday 9AM-3PM, 3-9PM, United States Eastern Daylight Time.
Organize new inquiries into Trial Classes, or Web/Phone assisted enrollments
Answer any inquiries on class times and forward appropriate links to families
Seamlessly onboard all new students and families into Khan’s learning platform
Manage the Khan’s Tutorial info account by addressing any questions
Work closely with department leaders to understand new programs, and best options for different types of students
Work collaboratively with managers to ensure proper follow up and oversight once student/family is fully transitioned into Khan’s
Work closely with other department leaders on the Senior Team to ensure a cohesive streamlined experience for students & staff
Must be a college graduate with experience in business administration and data management.
Experience in tutoring, coaching, & education management preferred.
Must have experience in Salesforce, a strong understanding of the sales console, converting leads into opportunities, and customer engagement.
Must be skilled in use of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and the Google Suite.
Must be detail oriented and have a strong set of oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and explore new processes and technologies.
Must be able to speak Bangla and English fluently.
Commission Eligible for all closed enrollments (0.5% of all enrollments)
