Job Title: Salesforce Velocity Developer Team Lead

Job Type: Contract / Freelance

Job Duration: Ongoing, 6-7 hours a day (maximum)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Velocity Developer Team Lead to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our Salesforce Velocity platform. Your primary focus will be on EPC (Energy Performance Contract) and Order Management within the Salesforce environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers and collaborate with other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce Velocity developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

Velocity Development: Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Velocity solutions, with a strong emphasis on EPC and Order Management functionalities.

Integration: Work on integrating Salesforce Velocity with other systems and applications as required.

Customization: Customize Salesforce Velocity components to align with specific business requirements.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce Velocity.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce Velocity solutions and processes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver effective solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Velocity solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Training: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Salesforce Velocity functionalities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Salesforce Velocity: Proven experience with Salesforce Velocity development and implementation.

EPC/Order Management: Strong expertise in developing and optimizing EPC and Order Management solutions within Salesforce.

Team Leadership: Prior experience leading a development team is highly desirable.

Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.

Integration: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Velocity with other systems and applications.

Customization: Proficiency in customizing Salesforce Velocity components to meet specific business requirements.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Documentation: Excellent documentation skills.

Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Details:

This is a contract/freelance position with flexible working hours (6-7 hours a day maximum).

A laptop will be provided by the company for work-related tasks.

Location options: On-site or remote work, depending on the candidate's location and preference.
