Either you start from scratch or install a script and modify it. Dont bid if u dont know how geolocation works and without going through the sites i have refered [login to view URL] text feature and sms are included. Before u bid please have a look at those sites i have referred. You can work from scratch at your expense or we will supply a script and u modify it to cut expenses. We will work the design with the winner. Please dont bid for the sake of bidding and we start explaining to you what we really want.
